Who is this retreat for?
Anyone ready for real rest and inner work — beginners and long-time practitioners alike. You do not need to be flexible or experienced. Come as you are.
Where is the venue?
Tallaro Yoga and Meditation in Sunset Estates, Angeles City, Pampanga. Program sessions are at the venue; hotel accommodation is shared-room with private transfers between hotel and venue.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes for yoga and rest, toiletries, a journal if you like writing, and an open heart. We’ll send a packing list when you reserve.
How do I reserve a slot?
Message Drae on WhatsApp with the batch you want. Slots are limited to 5 per batch. We accept credit card, GCash, and BDO bank transfer.
Is there an overnight option?
Yes — a separate Self-Care Retreat (dates to be announced). Open Retreats to get notified, or message Drae.
